What's app ने आज एकदाच दिसणारे स्टेटस टाकले तरीही वापरकर्त्याच्या माहितीच्या गोपनीयतेचा विषय चर्चेत राहणार आहेच. पण हा विषय फक्त whats app पुरताच आहे असेही नाही. कुठेही जा, कोणतेही ऍप वापरा किंवा कसलीही नोंद वगैरे करा; सगळे तुमची जास्तीत जास्त माहिती विचारतात. एका विषयाची चर्चा मात्र फारशी होत नाही की, माहितीचे हे संकलन कशासाठी? सगळ्यांना सगळ्यांची सगळी माहिती कशासाठी हवी आहे? पुष्कळ गोष्टी सांगता येतील. मात्र त्याचा ल.सा. वि. एकच निघतो की, माणूस/ व्यक्ती/ तुम्ही आम्ही एक target आहोत. Target of what? And target for what? याचीही पुष्कळ उत्तरे येतील. त्यांचा ल.सा.वि. असेल, human being is a resource. The question is, is human being really a resource? If yes. Then of what? Answers may be - of money, of fame, of valour, of patriotism, of service, of industry, of farming, of education, of entertainment... Et al. But the answers will not include - human being is a resource of life. And the question arises - does life of a human being and living of a Human being same? Is life and living identical? Are they synonyms? Are both same? Does scientific concept of defining everything can be applied to life? Is it sane to define life in that manner? Technological advancements coupled with mundane thought process brought mankind to this mess. Real question is not the privacy or non privacy of the individual information. Real question is does human being a resource?
